Workout scripts, plans, and logs are stored only on your device using local storage mechanisms. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

When you request a workout plan from a description, the text is sent to our server and forwarded to the OpenAI API solely to generate the plan. We do not retain these descriptions.

The app may schedule local rest notifications on your device. Notification data is not sent elsewhere.

We use Sentry for crash reports and optional feedback. Sentry collects data such as device information, IP address, and any details you include in bug reports to help us improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Contact the developer if you have any questions about this policy.
